At the center of the Fior di Sardegna Resort is the restaurant. With a splendid square in front, it is the perfect rendezvous for all guests, as it is easily accessible from all rooms and from the swimming pool.
The large indoor dining hall has ample wooden ceilings, and is bright and welcoming. The outdoor veranda and small square are the ideal place to spend the cool summer evenings.
The bar is available during the day with a wide choice of drinks and snacks, and in the evening for inviting aperitifs.
The cuisine at Fior di Sardegna is of the Sardinian tradition, which has its roots in the flavourful Mediterranean culture.
The raw materials best express the genuineness of our territory: the land and the sea, meats and cheeses.
Most of the products come directly from our farm. All our dishes are enriched with aromas and herbs that come from our land.
For evenings dedicated to the most rigorous tradition, guests staying at the Fior di Sardegna Resort have the opportunity to dine at L ‘ Agriturismo su Vrau.
Furthermore, upon request, we offer the possibility to visit our farm and the vineyard.
